As October Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) payments are done, it is time to know what date the Social Security Administration (SSA) has scheduled in the USA to make the Social Security payments in November.
Excellent news for those SSDI recipients who typically get paid their Social Security Disability Insurance check or direct deposit on the 3rd. That date in November will not be it.
When will Social Security issue the first SSDI payment in November?
Disability Insurance recipients will see their first possible payday on November 1. And this is an exceptional payday, as it usually occurs on November 3. SSA does not send money on a holiday, a Saturday or Sunday.
Because November 3 is a Sunday, the first SSDI payment will be made early. If it’s within 48 hours, then it will be great to have cash when you didn’t expect it.

But some disability recipients have some good news. Some, too, qualify for Supplemental Security Income. Since they typically receive SSI on November 1st, they’ll get the 2 payments on that same date.
1st, 2nd and 3rd round of Wednesday payments for SSDI

For SSI and SSDI claimants who receive both at once, the November 1 payment will be made. And it will also apply to those who first filed for Social Security Disability Insurance before May 1997.
Anybody who started getting benefits after April 30, 1997 and who is not on SSI will get money the second Wednesday in November. Check paydays and eligibility below:
- Disability payment on November 13: birth date from 1-10
- Disability payment on November 20: birth date from 11-20
- Disability payment on November 27: birth date from 21-31
There’s one more little surprise for those who get SSI and SSDI. SSI’s December payment date is November 29 and set by Social Security. This means they will get the two payments in the same month. It is even 2 days prior to an ordinary payday, even though this is not an extra or bonus payment.
