KIA, Hyundai Vehicle Theft Settlement Claim Submission Process
According to the KIA-Hyundai Vehicle Theft Settlement, a fund has been created ranging between $80 million and $145 million has been put into creating a fund. Compensation Details
KIA Hyundai vehicle theft settlement compensation given back includes the loss of money incurred by people owning or leasing a car, because of a missing engine immobilizer. This made the vehicles easy to steal. Here is a description of the types of compensation available:
Compensation for theft or attempted theft
– In the event the vehicle is stolen and not recovered the provider will refund up to 60% of the black book value.
