December SASSA SRD Grant – Early Christmas Present for Beneficiaries

Early festive payouts for the Social Relief of Distress (SRD) grant are expected to be delivered by the South African Social Security Agency (Sassa) this December. Cash Send is an available option for those without a bank account. This option requires a registered phone number and valid identification. When approved, recipients will be sent an SMS with pick-up instructions.

Retail Stores

It also means that the recipients can collect their grants at participating retail stores such as Pick n Pay, Checkers, Shoprite, and Boxer. One that gives convenient access in many locations across the country.

SRD Grant Status
